Union County is also a selected location for the Future Ready Iowa Summit in 2018. This Act will ensure that our youth know the steps they will need to take to be career ready on the timeline that works for them and their goals.
A crucial component of a thriving community is the ability to create and maintain a skilled workforce. To do this, we strive to have coordination between our business and education systems and public partners. The Work UC committee, a subcommittee of UCDA, invites you to work with us and help build relationships and partnerships to recruit, develop and sustain the best possible talent.
