Inspired by the roundhouse concept, The UCDA has created a coworking space for professionals that could benefit from a shared work space and, with the help of  Southwestern Community College and the Small Business Development Center, an  entrepreneurial center for aspiring business owners, all while breathing new life into a building in Uptown Creston ...particularly Bldg 301, as we fondly refer to it.

This is the perfect fit for someone getting started. 24/7 access with all the amenities. Priority booking  of conference rooms. A six month revolving membership agreement term. Limited suites available. Business Class Members can also use our business address and have packages delivered to The Roundhouse.

No need for a full office, but love the idea of all of the office amenities? Enjoy a dedicated work station in our open concept area. Work side by side fellow professionals and potentially gain a fresh prospective on your business. You will have the ability to book a conference room at no extra cost. 24/7 access with a dedicated secured internet connection. Limited workstations available. Standard Class Members can also use our business address.

Express Class

Looking for a quiet place to set your laptop and let those creative juices flow? Stop in and take advantage of our open workstation option. We have first come first serve areas to get you started. You will have the ability to book a conference room at no extra cost. 24/7 access with a dedicated secured internet connection. There are both standing and seated "hot desks" which is a term reserved for desks that are not designated to an individual or business.

Rail Pass

Enjoy the perks of a co-working community. This is a perfect fit for those who still want to work from home or travel the majority of their week, but need additional office amenities. Drop-ins are welcome to use this option if they are here up to 5 days a month.  A secured guest internet access comes with the Rail Pass.  An additional fee will be charged for booking conference rooms.  An existing business in Union County may use this option to become a member of the Roundhouse and participate in open networking events and Members only events.
